My name is Chris Sheperd, but everyone calls me Coach Shep! I met my wife in 2010, and we have two kids who keep us busy. Grayson (9) plays club soccer, and Hailey (7) does competitive All-Star cheer. We live in Villa Rica and are members of Midway Church.

I played baseball in college at Columbus State before graduating from the University of West Georgia. I've been teaching since 2013 and coaching since 2010. I was head coach of baseball for 4 years and head coach of fastpitch softball for 10 years. I've led my teams to 2 region championships, earned 2 Coach of the Year awards, and achieved 8 straight playoff appearances.

This year, I'm excited to join the Wildcats as a math teacher, the head coach of the girls' flag football team. I'm looking forward to another great year of teaching and coaching!
