Coach Michael Hilbert has been teaching and coaching since 2012. He is the Head Coach for Track and Field as well as the Defensive Coordinator for the Varsity Football Team. Coach Hilbert's goal is to inspire young people to be the best version of themselves.
Coach Hilbert is married to Kym Hilbert, who is an Assistant Principal at Villa Rica Middle School. The Hilberts have three daughters, Jiyah, Kayden, and Laken, who all attend the Villa Rica Cluster Schools.

Coach Neil Strickland is the Head Boys' and Girls' Track Coach. He is a native of Villa Rica and graduated from VRHS. Coach Strickland graduated from Walden University with is Bachelor's Degree and has 9 years of teaching and coaching experience.
