Marzavion Dix, Defensive Coordinator

Marzavion Dix enters his first season as the Defensive Coordinator at Villa Rica High School, bringing seven years of coaching experience to the program. Previously serving as the Defensive Line Coach, Coach Dix played a key role in helping five players earn All-Region honors (First and Second Team) and in the development of a Region Defensive Player of the Year award winner.
A former collegiate athlete, Coach Dix played four seasons at the University of West Georgia, earning All-Conference and All–Super Region honors. In addition to football, he has also coached basketball and track, reflecting his commitment to total athlete development. Above all, Coach Dix gives all praise and glory to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, believing that nothing he accomplishes is done on his own.

Jim Jones, Offensive Coordinator

Jim Jones is a proud 2001 graduate of Villa Rica High School and is excited to give back to the VIlla Rica community. Coach Jones graduated from the University of West Georgia, where he earned his bachelor's, master's and specialist degrees. He has 14 years of experience coaching high school football. Coach Jones and his wife have 3 children and 1 grandson.
