Hello! I am Mrs. Patterson and this is my 9th year teaching at VRHS. I graduated from the University of West Georgia with a bachelors in History Secondary Education in 2014 and with my Masters in History in 2021. I currently teach Honors World History (9th grade) and AP World History (10th grade). As a teacher, I have enjoyed helping with programs which benefit our students and encourage them to grow as students and young adults in our community. I coached the girls tennis team from 2015-2018. I have also co-sponsored ISDS, TABLE Club, and the Purple Pearls in the past. My husband and I are very excited to be welcoming our first child at the end of the month.
